Industrial/Commercial Property Manager with leasing experience
Our client is searching for a Property Manager with Industrial experience to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a mixture of both leasing and property management(industrial). This is a long term position and they encourage their employees to retire there. Solid experience in purchasing and facility management. Long-term candidates need only apply.
Job Requirements
- Strong facility management and purchasing experience
- Strong negotiating and vendor management
- Minimum 5 years experience in Industrial/Commercial management
- Candidate should have local knowledge of market conditions
- Experience with leasing, tenant relation/improvements, lease interpretations, landlord-tenant laws and code related matters
- Experience with Yardi would be a plus
- Bilingual - Spanish
