located in west Oahu, Kapolei area, multifamily units with nearly full occupancy of all locations on the island, need minimum 5 yr or more exp. in managing , supervising and overseeing the local day to day management operation, to supervise on site manager and achieve high efficiency, productivity, if you have some RE investment background will be a plus too.
