Industry leader, Related Management, has a great career opportunity for an outstanding Part Time Administrative Assistant at a 168 unit residential property in Dallas, TX.
Responsibilities include: Processing applications/recertifications, leasing, general administrative duties, ensuring excellent tenant relations, accounts payable/receivable, report tracking, and special projects as assigned.
Requirements: Thorough knowledge of Word & Excel; have excellent communication and organizational skills; enjoy working with a diverse resident population; excellent customer service skills a must. Ideal candidate will be a self starter that is well organized and detail oriented.
