Job Description
Seeking a Financial Analyst coming out of the Investment Banking or Private Equity world. Will also consider someone coming out of a portfolio company.
The Financial Analyst will be reporting directly to the CFO. Responsibilities include:
*heavy financial modeling
*budgeting
*research
*due dilligence in Mergers & Acquisitions
*actively collecting data
*financial planning & analysis
*special projects
Job Requirements
Candidate MUST have the following:
* Bachelor's degree in Business/ Finance/ Accounting
* 3+ years in a similar analytical role
* Strong negotiating abilities
* Knowledge of all financial areas including modeling, due dilligence, budgeting, and reporting
* Knowledge of other departments as it relates to finance (acting as an intermediary)
