Job Description
� Manage weekly hours to ensure optimal productivity. � Reward, Recognize and provide constructive feedback to the inspectors and give them the resources to grow within the organization. � Provide Management with feedback for any quality issues that may have occurred. � Assist Production personnel with Quality issues/concerns. � Monitor daily reports and provide timely feedback to Inspectors/Operators. � Responsible for monitoring timesheets and reporting payroll to respected agency. � Responsible for ensuring that all daily quality control issues are reported. � Responsible for ensuring that all excess material is properly disposed. � Display the ability take fill in for Supervisor in their absences and have the ability to take the lead in their respective area. � Ability to perform inspector's duties as needed. � Display willingness to make decisions, exhibits sound and accurate judgment and make timely decisions. � Liaison between Client Services and Operations to resolve any possible quality related issue. � Ensure that all associates are properly trained and have the resources they need to succeed.
Job Requirements
Field(s) of Study: � Bachelor Degree or equivalent � Quality Control experience. � Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point, Access). � Working Knowledge and Understanding of Proxy Processing.
