Job Description

Local scientific engineering firm seeks a Geotechnical Soil Specialist who also has laboratory management experience.  This position will manage the daily operations of the laboratory, including supervising personnel, scheduling testing, and performing other tasks as necessary.  Will also perform complex and specialized laboratory tests.

Job Requirements

• ASTM and AASHTO certification is required
• Prospects must specialize in soil and rock classifications
• Must have previous laboratory experience
• Mathematics background essential
• Must be familiar with best practices for laboratory work
• Six or more years prior applicable experience suggested
