Quality Engineer / Manager
Medical Device Components
World Class manufacturer of medical device components has an immediate need for a Product Development Engineer. This fast-paced company has a large market share in their industry and
is in a growth mode. The selected candidate will be degreed with experience in Quality engineering / Quality Management from a regulated (GMP / FDA) manufacturing environment.
Six Sigma training or certification a plus. The ability to use current quality tools to minimize or eliminate process variables as well as the ability to lead others in a fast paced environment.
Additional requirements include:
Identify opportunities for cost reduction and quality improvements.
Conduct FMEA, process capability studies, and DOE.
GD & T
Train employees in inspection, statistical, and problem solving techniques.
Map work processes and evaluate and non-value added activities.
Implement technical analysis to eliminate variation in our processes.
Plan and conduct corporate quality audits on regular intervals.
Perform 1st Piece and 1st Article inspection
Perform Process capability Studies
Program Quantum system as needed
