Classification: Full-time
Compensation: $100000 to $120000 per year
My client is a quickly growing real estate company with properties in several states. They specialize in the acquisition, rehabilitation, and management of residential real estate in urban areas. They are seeking an experienced Controller to oversee the accounting for both the management and maintenance arms of the firm. Reporting to the CFO, the Controller will oversee daily accounting, lease management, financial reporting, and budgeting. Responsibilities will also include the supervision and hiring of finance department staff. The ideal profile for this role will show eight or more years experience performing real estate accounting.
