Our client, a prestigious Real Estate Firm in New York City, is currently seeking a Procurement Professional to lead sourcing activities for their Commercial Real Estate Group. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of experience working in Real Estate procurement and must have experience working with capital projects and facilities projects, drafting contracts & commercial service agreements as well as analyzing bid evaluations. Strong relationship management and negotiation experience is also needed. Superior project management experience is needed as well.
Salary will be commensurate with experience.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
· 5+ years of experience working in supply chain management/procurement
· knowledge of capital projects and facilities projects from both a project management and procurement point of view
· Extensive knowledge of procurement tactics, procedures, systems and strategies is a must
· Strong analytical/quantitative skills as well as strong interpersonal/negotiating abilities
· Knowledge of contracts, service agreements and pricing analysis
· Bachelors degree is a must
