Job Description

The Rebate Specialist must maintain the exceptional level of professional and customer service Envision Rx Options has attained.  The incumbent will successfully and accurately apply accounting principles to perform but not limited to, the following duties:

• Assist in Executing the manufacturer billing and associated reports process, verifying accuracy, and distributing with precision all items the manufacturer needs

• Daily posting of payments including checks, wires, ACH, and credit card payments to manufacturer outstanding invoices

• Assist in researching and determining variances between invoice amounts and payments

• Correspondence with our manufacturers regarding past due amounts and/or other manufacturer issues regarding outstanding balances

• Assist in maintaining manufacturer and business partner contracts organization and storage.

• Utilize accounting reports in Crystal or Excel as needed by manufacturers, finance, or other departments

• Additional accounting tasks as needed

Job Requirements

• Associate's degree in accounting, finance or other related field is required

• One to five years of related experience and/or training in a financial environment

• Background in billing and collections

• Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities

• Good working knowledge of accounting principles and procedures

• Excellent at thorough, in depth analysis with keen attention to detail

• Demonstrated high level of computer literacy with Crystal Reports, spreadsheets, word processing, and multiple software packages

• Verbal and written communication skills
