Receptionist / Office Assistant Job Description:

 

  • Performs general office and administrative support duties.

  • Answers and directs calls, as well as manages voicemail.

  • Sorts and delivers incoming mail and manages faxes and emails.

  • Manages and orders office supplies.

  • Schedules service calls and manages calendars.

  • Manages bills, invoices and files.

  • Prepares materials needed by supervisors for conferences, appointments, meetings, and telephone calls.

  • Replies to office inquiries.

  • Coordinates management luncheons, including set-up and clean-up.

  • Maintains a close and highly responsive relationship with supervisors and staff while working independently with minimum detailed supervision and guidance.

  • Performs additional tasks as necessary to assist in the overall success of everyone in the company

Receptionist / Office Assistant Job Requirements:

  • A High School diploma or equivalent.  College education/degree is desirable. 
  • A minimum 3 years of receptionist and administrative support experience.
  • The ideal candidate is preferably bilingual and must be comfortable in a fast paced environment
  • ADVANCED proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

 

**Hours are 8:00 a.m. to  4:30 p.m. **
