Job Description

We're looking for an energetic and hardworking individual to manage our front lobby area. We have a professional environment and expect all candidates to be able to fit in seamlessly.

The position be responsible for greeting customers, answering phones and supporting managers in various departments on a variety of projects.


Job Requirements

*Strong experience with general office support including creating memos, documentation and customer service.
*Support managers, sales team and other office members with a variety of projects.
*Exceptional customer service skills.
*Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
*Outgoing personality. Comfortable speaking with all levels of executives and customers.
