ACS is seeking a dedicated individual for the position of Recruiting Compliance Analyst. We are in search of a self-driven individual to support staffing compliance initiatives.

Contributes to the accomplishment of recruiting compliance practices and initiatives and provides both project and administrative support for the implementation of recruiting services, policies and programs.
Supports analysis and project implementation for compliance initiatives, to include;

I-9
Background checks
Drug screens
EEOC
8850 tax credit surveys

Strong written communication skills; experience writing process and policy guides preferred.
Monitors the progress of compliance programs and related activities on a continuous basis, and with periodic audits, taking appropriate steps to improve effectiveness of programs.
Develops, initiates, maintains and revises policies and procedures designed to avoid or mitigate the risks identified.
Improves processes as needed to promote and facilitate compliance.
In addition to leading initiatives to improve processes, this individual is responsible for managing daily escalations (recruiting, HR or hiring managers), new contract requests related to pre-employment screening, and support to Records Retention to facilitate numerous audit requests.

Education and Typical Years of Experience:

Bachelor's Degree

3-5 years Recruiting and/or Compliance experience.
