Recruiting Coordinator / Associate Recruiter - Clearwire is looking for an exceptional Coordination and Recruitment professional join our Recruiting Team. As a Recruiting Associate, you will start out with a focus on all coordination (scheduling interviews, arranging travel) needs for the Sales or Technical/Corporate Recruiting Team. This position will provide weekly updates for market launch reporting, business unit hiring initiative, sourcing support, posting job positions and help organizing hiring events. This role will target supporting 3-6 market launches or business units and will support up to 12 recruiters. Associate Recruiters showing strong performance and a high caliber of service to the business will have the opportunity to progress to a full life cycle recruiting role.   • Schedule interviews for the Sales or Technical/Corporate Recruiting Team and act as the logistics point of contact during interviews
  • Coordinate travel for non-local candidates
  • Help organize hiring events across the country
  • Own the on-boarding process for the Recruitment Team as well as train new coordinators and Recruiters on our applicant tracking system
  • Develop reports as needed to support business units or market launches
  • Assist recruiters with job postings through our applicant tracking system and on job boards
  • Assist with sourcing activities on job boards, professional and social networking sites, provide research support for name generation activities
  • Manage the offer request handoff from the recruiting to the offer letter and HRIS team
  • Participate in hiring events
  • Field inquiries from candidates regarding resume status, directions, interview conflicts and changes, accommodations
  • Assist recruiters in all phases of their recruiting efforts on an as needed basis managing them through all steps of the process
  • Issue weekly reports to the hiring managers, including the assurance that all data is correct
  • Manage the candidate application process
  • Manage contractor activity, including contract facilitation and on-boarding with IT and LegalQualifications:
  • Ability to demonstrate the capability to work in a high production in a high volume recruiting environment
  • Ability to demonstrate a developed business acumen in a broad range of technologies and functional business areas
  • Bachelors Degree and/or applicable Recruitment Coordination / Recruiting Associate or Junior Recruiter experience required
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks/ problems simultaneously; meet deadlines; set own priorities; continuously improve processes and procedures; schedule day events; make cold calls and prepare and give formal presentations
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Excellent problem solving, oral/written communication in one-on-one and group situations, organizational, interpersonal and motivational skills and the ability to interface with all levels of staff and management also required
  • Excellent PC Skills, proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office with an expertise in Excel and an intermediate general understanding applicant tracking and vendor management systems
