Job Description
AutoZone, a Fortune 500 company, is seeking a Human Resources Manager. Areas of responsibility include managing employment and recruiting efforts, training, providing counsel and support to regional store management, multi-unit management and other support teams, managing employee relations and benefits, monitoring the financial position of store operations and implementing and managing compliance with the internal and external regulatory environments.
This position is located at AutoZone's Regional Office in Parma Heights, OH 44130.
Job Requirements
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with an area of study in Business, Human Resources, Law, or other administrative concentration. Including 2 -3 years experience in retail multi-unit / field HR management, and specifically involving California expertise with regards to all aspects of human resources.
Current PHR/SPHR certification will increase candidate’s competitiveness. Fluent bilingual (Spanish) communications skills preferred. Moderate travel is required.
