We are currently looking for an experienced Regional Operations Manager.
This position will be responsible for areas within the Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee States. There is some flexibility on where the position will be based out of.
The regional operations manager will direct and oversee a Region’s operational policies and practices, objectives, and initiatives. Work with Senior Field Management to develop new policies and enhance accountability to deliver results. Lead in the creation, improved execution and dissemination of Better Practices within store operations. Manage business partner and vendor relationships. Lead, coach and direct the work of the District Directors of Operations. Enable and foster a wide degree of creativity and latitude; creating and maintaining a culture where steadily improving results are demanded.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee and direct the roll out of new products, updates and initiatives.

Demonstrate a strong knowledge of all financial reporting and consistently deliver feedback to assist in formulating meaningful stretch targets.

Collaborate with all support center departments- ie. Finance, Marketing, HR, Training, Risk Management, & Treasury in the execution of business plan within region.

Partner with HR to identify and prioritize the developmental needs of the region

Establish and execute quality management/control initiatives through store operations with the implementation of Better Practices

Ensure the quality and effectiveness of Associate training by monitoring staffing levels, online training modules, and in store observation.

Demonstrate a high degree of process and relationship management, supervisory leadership, team building, and motivational skills
Job Requirements
BA/BS in Business Management, Operations Management, Finance, or relevant degree desired. Will substitute relevant work experience for a degree
A minimum of 4 years of District Management, Project Analysis, and implementation experience
A proven track record of exceeding goals and deadlines
Management of 30+ retail location/offices required
Demonstrated ability to manage 50 + employees
Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and adhere to company published policy and procedures
Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, and ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and employees.
Demonstrated coaching and motivational skills to effectively develop and foster growth in assigned DDOs
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Advanced/Expert knowledge of MS Word, Excel (including Macros and Pivot Tables), PowerPoint, and Access
Strong ability to communicate/negotiate with external business partners
Ability to travel up to 50% (commercial air and over night travel)
