Job Description

Provides direct patient care in�Medical Surgical�setting
Provides assessment and planning for individualized patient care with�disease processes.�
Communicates with physicians about changes in patient's clinical condition .
Responds quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.�
Performs general nursing duties independently with adequate supervision .�
Participates in performance improvement activities.�

Job Requirements

Current Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Texas
Current Certification in BLS
ACLS� Certification preferred or Required within 2 years of hire
PALS��Certification preferred or Required within 2 years of hire
