Career Opportunity

We have an immediate need for Registrar at our Anchorage, AK campus.  The primary responsibilities of the Registrar include accurate maintenance of student records, oversight of course scheduling, attendance tracking, and administration of student management information system (CampusVue). The Registrar coordinates with other departments to ensure that academic policies and procedures are followed.

Hourly Pay: $14-$18/hr

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

• AAS Degree in business related field
• OR
• Two (2) years progressive experience in registrar’s office required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required
• Strong attention to detail reqired
• Excellent customer service and communication skills –ability to build and sustain effective working relations with all levels of staffing throughout the company required
• Strong analytical skills required to identify trends and improve processes to resolve issues required
• Ability to succeed in fast-paced environment required
• Ability to work independently and in team environment required
• Database management experience beneficial, preferably in Campus 2000 or CampusVue
