Reporting Analyst is responsible for developing, interpreting and implementing financial models for financial planning and control. Analyzes and reports on financial performance of projects and programs. Creates metrics/reporting for senior management. Analyzes variances, trends and provides decision support for internal customer. Budget preparation. Financial decision maker. Require a reporting analyst who can help the company build standard reports for the organization to ensure that everyone is using the same reports and not doing duplicate work.
Job summary: Building Excel based reports for the field using Access, SQL and Advanced Excel
Daily responsibilities: Working with the Finance team to build out existing reports needed. After that, working with the field to gather requirements for standardization of future reporting.
Culture: All remotely located. This individual will be in Seattle with one of this company's existing analysts and everyone they support are out in field offices.

Job Requirements

- 3-5 years work related experience required.
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills.
- Well organized with strong attention to detail; effective written and verbal communication.
- Strong cross group collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with delivery deadlines.
- Experience with Microsoft products required.
- Advanced level Excel skills, with an emphasis on: pivot tables, if statements, lookups, match index, macros/vba, etc
- May require work related experience and/or special knowledge in relevant area.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field required.
