Job Description
The Call Back Representative is responsible for contacting individuals and families that have previously contacted The Watershed to inquire about treatment services, but who were never admitted. He/she will work collaboratively with the Admissions Office, Insurance Department, and Clinical Staff in obtaining pertinant information and transferring clients to appropriate staff member as well as to assure exceptional patient and community satisfaction. Call Back Reps work in our IRC Department located in Delray Beach.
Daily Responsibilities:

Making outbound phone calls to potential clients.

Answering questions individuals may have that are of non-clinical nature.

Must be able to recognize and assist in crisis situations and provide interventions based on training and experience.

Coordinating and process admissions to the facility.

Ensuring financial screening criteria has been met prior to admission.

Obtaining necessary demographic information, financial documents and idenifications needed to admit patient into the program.

Mailing program literature when requested.

Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements

Minimum of 1 year working in a call center and/or in a mental health setting.

Prior phone sales experience helpful.

Must have exceptional customer service and communication skills.

High level of professionalism required especially when speaking with potential clients.

Must be comfortable making a large volume of phone calls daily.

Must maintain a flexible schedule.
Hours are Monday - Friday with some weekends involved.
Pay - Hourly $11/hr + Incentives
Shifts: 10am-6pm and 12pm-8pm
