Duties and Responsibilities of Resale Manager:
The Manager is responsible for improving resale and retention for the Residential and/or Small Business programs. The Manager also ensures that all personnel are adequately trained and working the resale program to their fullest extent through training, coaching and continuous process review
Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Recruit, train and develop sales staff responsible for resales and retention including inside and outside resellers. 2. Analyze market and develop strategy to most effectively target resale/retention potential. 3. Effectively interface with sales and operations to monitor and manage the retention efforts 4. Inform sales representatives of latest sales policies, techniques, pricing, equipment and technology demonstration. 5. Conduct sales meetings on daily/weekly basis. 6. In-field appraisal of immediate subordinates and counsel for improvement. 7. Develop sales representative's qualifications for advancement. 8. Recruit and train new sales representatives according to staffing plans. 9. Coach and motivate representatives to exceed goals.
Job Requirements
Education: • College degree required.
Experience: • 5-7 years sales management/resale/retention experience
Skills: • Excellent interpersonal skills • Must possess strong communication, negotiating, and time management skills • Flexible Style; perseverance; action oriented; interpersonal savvy • Aptitude for problem solving; ability to determine solutions for customers (consultative sales approach); customer focused
