Position Overview
You will be responsible for ensuring that guests enjoy a pleasurable dining experience. Key responsibilities include guest interaction, management of operating standards for service, facility and equipment in the restaurant, while ensuring staffing and training of the service team. If you have experience in sales volume of at least $2 Million and have great knowledge of restaurant operations we would love to talk to you!

Responsibilities
* Schedule employees to meet labor budgets
* Manage food inventory and kitchen operations
* Financial analysis and forecasting


Qualifications
* Demonstrated ability to drive profitable growth while continuously improving customer satisfaction
* Strong leadership skills with proven ability to build relationships with customers, vendors, and associates.
* Proven track record in maintaining strong cost controls, and quality standards.
* Prior knowledge with Performance Management
* Prior knowledge with Coaching & Corrective Action
* Training & Professional Development
* College degree preferred but not required

Restaurant Managers should have:

• successful track record in restaurant P&L management to meet required budgets
• strong skills in team development with record of manager promotions
• stable work history - no more than 3 jobs in last 7 years
• career progression and promotability
• sound track record of accomplishments
