Golden Corral is the BEST family-style buffet and grill restaurant chain in America. Our guests feel welcomed and appreciated from the moment they enter our doors, and so do our management team members. Both Inc., a franchisee of Golden Corral with 20 locations in MD, VA, SC and GA (our 2 newest opened Jan 1st 2009). Restaurant units average 11,000 square feet, seat average of 400 customers, employ an average of 100 hourly employees, and generate sales of $3 to $6 million dollars. There's no recession at Golden Corral ~ we just opened 2 new restaurants this year! We are seeking experienced restaurant Managers to add to our BOTH Inc Management Team in the Southside Tidewater area of VA.

Our Managers work hard to ensure optimal restaurant performance by providing leadership and guidance to Assistant Managers and hourly co-workers, crew leaders, and crew trainers. They ensure that the operational standards are communicated, trained, and maintained in the restaurant and they help ensure that the restaurant is operated within budget for sales, food, labor and controllable operating income. At Golden Corral all Managers are hands on Managers, rolling up their sleeves and jumping in whenever needed ~ so that our guests always leave happy and satisfied.
Job Requirements
Manager candidates must meet the following requirements: - At least 2 years restaurant management experience in high volume casual dining (Kitchen Manager or Hospitality manager candidates)
- At least 5 years restaurant management experience in high volume casual dining (Fast Track General Manager candidates)
- Consent to a background check and drug test
- Have a passion for food and customer service
