Job Requirements

Required leadership characteristics and skill sets:

·     Exceptional and genuine service orientation

·     Strong focus on highest quality of food preparation and delivery

·     Proven leader and developer of people

·     Professional image and demeanor

·     Clear and concise communicator

·     P&L accountability

·     Maintain inventory control system (food and product cost)

·     Minimum of 2-3 years leadership experience preferably in a fine dining or similar volume, full-service chain/corporate environment

·     College degree preferred

·     Must be capable of lifting 40 lbs and be on feet for 10 hours
