Restaurant Management Positions
Become a Working Partner (General Manager) in an environment where your income is limited only by your ability to build sales and manage costs. Co-Manager and Associate Manager positions are also available. Ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of operational excellence in a restaurant including managing & recruiting staff, managing food safety and executing excellent customer service. Opportunities now exist for experienced restaurant professionals in Dallas/Ft. Worth, TX.
Ideal candidates will also be able to demonstrate a proven track record of sales growth, creative marketing, inventory management, and employee development.
Education / Experience
-
Bachelors degree in business, restaurant management, or related field; or equivalent experience is preferred

Two to three years of restaurant management experience preferred.
Position Prerequisites

Demonstrated restaurant operations experience

Ability to interview, hire and train other employees

Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays

Good communication and organizational skills

Demonstrated ability to effectively drive sales and profits

Ability to drive initiatives to increase brand loyalty

Proven success of building and cultivating strong, positive working relationships

Computer literate in Windows based programs
Opportunities also available for Multi-Unit Supervising Partners (District Managers) in the Northeast and Southeast Regions! (previous District Manager experience required)
