Job Description
Located in the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, Wendy’s is currently seeking to fill all levels of management; one General Manager, one Assistant Manager, and two Shift Supervisors.
General duties would include providing leadership and direction to other management and/or hourly employees and acquiring a thorough knowledge of Wendy’s Operational Procedures and Standards.
General Manager Qualifications:
- One plus years line operations experience in the restaurant industry, some college preferred
- Knowledge of training, interviewing, planning, and budgeting practices
- Supervisory skills and experience
- Strong guest service attitude
Asst. Manager Qualifications:
- One year experience in the restaurant industry
- Knowledge of training and supervisory practices
- Strong guest service attitude
Shift Supervisor Qualifications:
- High school graduate or GED equivalent with 1 or more years of restaurant
- Strong guest service attitude
