Jags/Wendschmidt operates 14 stores in Ohio and West Virginia and is looking for professional food service managers willing to work a flexible and rotating schedule. We currently have career opportunities for Restaurant Managers in the Ironton area.
Job Requirements
· College degree or equivalent experience in operations
· Minimum 1-2 years of management / line operations experience in the restaurant industry
· Intimate knowledge of Quick Service Restaurant operating systems and procedures
· Ability to work flexible schedules
· Desire to work in a fast-paced environment and enjoy motivating and leading others
· Ability to stand for long periods of time.
The ideal candidate should have successful previous experience in a restaurant setting, plus strong coaching and training skills to help others grow their careers, 'over the top' customer service skills, super organizational skills and the ability to accomplish the sales and profit goals.
