Service manager
Oversee dining room operation.
Oversee service staff
Do all waitstaff, busser, runner schedules
Maintain customer service
Assist Beverage in inventories
Train wait staff
Work dining room
Maintain dining room cleanliness
Control linen pars and misc, item
Maintain uniform standards
Beverage Manager
Beverage ordering and receiving
Oversee beverage training for bartenders and waitstaff
Develop wine menu quarterly, coordinate with chef
Develop and maintain specialty drink menu quarterly
Maintain bartenders schedule ( Barbacks)?
Maintain bar cleanliness
Do monthly P&L for bar
Coordinate with catering department for events
Work dining room shifts oversee waitstaff
Maintain beverage smallwares and papergoods
Maintain Poll group standards
ASSIST IN OVERSEEING WAITSTAFF/BUSSTAFF/RUNNER
Job Requirements
Min of 3 years consecutive experience within one establishment
Knowledge of wines,service.
Fine dining experience,
High volume experience
References
Degree preferred
