Job Requirements

We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated people who enjoy the relationship selling environment. 
 

We offer you the opportunity to use your creative design skills and sales experience to provide unique and exciting decorating solutions to our customers.

Previous Design and Sales experience is not required. Bassett offers a comprehensive training program that is designed to complement existing skills or establish new ones. We will help you build relationships with customers, to help them reflect their own personal sense of style. Bassett also continues your training throughout your employment with updates on product knowledge as well as Design and Sales Techniques.

With our generous commission-based compensation plan, your income will be limited only by the amount of effort you apply. The great thing about Bassett’s benefits is that you are eligible to participate working as little as 20 hours per week.
