Currently we are looking for high caliber, experienced, Big Box Retail Managers & Wine Managers for our Boynton Beach, Fort Lauderdale & N. Miami, FL stores. This is the perfect position for a professional that excels in a high volume and customer centric environment.  The perfect candidate will have been recognized for their outstanding achievements with people and have a strong interest in learning about wine as a product and a business.

Job Requirements

• 5-7 years of retail, restaurant, or grocery management experience in a multi-million dollar location.
• A proven track record of driving sales and service in an entrepreneurial organization
• Successfully trained and developed others, for internal promotion
• The ability to execute detailed operational processes through others
• An interest or passion for wine, and the willingness to learn more
• Strong recruiting, interviewing, and staffing skills
• Outstanding communication skills, with a good "floor presence"
• Demonstrated the ability to create teams and partnerships
• Superior customer service skills
• A strong point of view that is utilized to move the business forward
• The ability to quickly resolve problems
• The ability to relocate for future opportunities is a plus.
