Job Requirements
Your responsibilities include:
• Being available for our customers when needed, including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Greeting every customer with enthusiasm and energy
• Serving and selling to customers, sometimes to more than one at a time
• Offering guests cutting-edge solutions in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner
Your training includes:
• New Employee Orientation will introduce you to RadioShack
• Ongoing training sessions will help you learn more about our products, promotions and incentive contests
• Your Store Manager will help you develop these skills through a self-paced learning program: basic retail selling, customer service, product knowledge and store operations
