Position Summary: Establish and maintain an environment to support Easy Sales and Service.

Role Qualifications:
- Teach and reinforce behaviors that result in managers and associates delivering Easy Sales and Service
- Coordinate and manage all store operations
- Develop associates to achieve results
Position Responsibilities:
- Supervise, recruit, train, develop, coach, and communicate with all associates and managers as well as assess performance
- Ensure a positive customer experience
- Achieve store level earnings and sales goals
- Supervise store security and safety
- Maintain adherence to all company policies and procedures
- Perform other related duties as assigned

Preferred skills and experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Three to five years progressively responsible store management experience in a retail environment
