Job Description:


This is a career opportunity with compensation paid weekly based on sales results from the weeks prior. We are look for both entry level sales reps as well as experienced sales reps who want to rise to the top, as we firmly believe in promoting from within. We will be selling the latest and greatest in TV, INTERNET AND VOICE Verizon telecommunications products and services to new and existing customers. The ideal candidate would perform the following duties:

-Sells products and services in a wireless retail store/kiosk environment

-Maintain professional interaction with both customers and fellow employees

-Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis

-Welcomes customers by greeting them; offering them assistance.

-Directs customers by escorting them to displays; suggesting items.

-Advises customers by providing information on products and services.

-Helps customer make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and opinions.

-Documents sales.

-Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

-Responsible for tracking and communicating all activity to corporate.

-Ensuring work station/kiosk is clean, well organized, functional and presentable at all times.

-Responsible for submitting all paperwork completely and accurately.

Job Requirements

-Ages 18+

-High School Diploma or GED

- At least 6 months of prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience.

-Demonstrated knowledge of wireless/data products and services.

-Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal skills and problem-resolution skills.

-Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.

-The ability to multi-task in a fast paced team environment

-Ability to stand for long periods of time including up to 8 hours per day. (Accommodations will be made for disable individuals.)

-MUST have reliable transportation

-Punctuality and regular work attendance are required

-Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.

-MUST successfully pass criminal check and drug test
