We are currently recruiting for a proven and experienced nursing professional for our Lake Worth, Florida  facility for the Leadership position of ADON!!!

We are looking for a strong RN with leadership experience in a skilled nursing environment to serve as the ADON/ Unit Manager for our Lake Worth, Facility.  This position assists the DON of the facility with the management of the unit including but not limited to hiring, training and mentoring, and managing the employees of the entire unit. Our census is increasing and we need an additional strong leader to support our Management Team!
