Rockland Community College Rockland Community College, a unit of the State University of New York, located 25 miles from New York City in the lower Hudson Valley, is seeking to fill the following positions: PROJECT MANAGER Finance Department JOB DESCRIPTION: * Grants experience, both federal and state * Accounting experience * Ability to maintain fiscal and statistical records on spreadsheet programs (Excel preferred) * Preparation of reports as needed to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations for the receipt and disbursement of grant funds. * Excellent written and oral communication skills. * Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft office and Datatel, exp preferred. PROGRAMMER ANALYST RESPONSIBILITIES: All phases of the program development cycle including (but not limited to) project, testing, implementation, training and user support. Programmer/Analyst develops new programs and modifies existing programs on multiple systems such as Alpha and NT. Competitive Salary. Open Until Filled
