Job Description
ENTER JOB DESCRIPTION - Utilize UPS Logistics Technologies routing software; design, create and implement optimal routing solutions for business units.
- Acquire, prepare, format and maintain required customer information and other relevant data as it relates to the project.
- Collaborate with local management teams to develop the strategy and lay out the routing project plan as well as facilitate implementation of newly developed routes.
- Perform post re-route audits and performance reviews with management teams.
- Generate cost savings analysis for re-route projects as well as potential impact on distribution cost for new and/or lost customer sales volume.
- Provide project support to corporate DSD team on various initiatives, analysis, and supply chain network projects.
Job Requirements
ENTER JOB REQUIREMENTS - Two or four year college degree preferred
- Two years computerized routing experience on UPS Logistics Technologies Territory Planner or Roadnet routing platform.
- Highly skilled in Excel and Word; strong computer skills
- Strong analytical skills and effective written and verbal communication skills to reach across entire company.
