Director of Business Development

Our client is a leading provider of Market Research and Consulting services for the Pharmaceutical manufacturing industry. They are expanding one of their divisions and have asked us to locate a new Director of Business Development to sell these services to Brand Managers and Market Research Managers at Pharmaceutical manufacturing companies in New Jersey.

The successful candidate can expect to earn $115-130K or more consisting of a base salary of $95-105K plus an incentive plan that adds $20-25K at plan, but could be even higher based on personal performance. In addition, you will receive a complete car allowance, all territorial operating expenses and an full benefit package

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will have several years of experience selling similar services to the Pharmaceutical manufacturing industry; however, our client will also consider candidates with a strong background in Pharmaceutical sales and ideally some marketing or management experience, with a documented track record of success as evidenced by stack rankings, awards and commendations. In addition, prior successful sales experience in a Business-to-Business or similar direct selling environment is highly desired.
