We are a leading manufacturer and distributor of industrial first aid kits and immediate care medical supplies.  We offer exceptional quality, world-class service and great value.  We are looking for an enthusiastic new member to join our dedicated team as a Route Territory Sales & Service Representative.

The ideal candidate for this position is someone who is able to work independently out of their home office, yet driven to make multiple customer visits on a daily basis.  Being successful in this position means working efficiently to maximize productivity in order to meet or exceed daily sales goals.

The Route Territory Sales & Service Representative must have the ability and desire to prospect new customer leads in person or on the phone.  Must also be a capable self-starter, possess strong organizational skills, and the ability to be friendly and outgoing in interpersonal relationships.

JOB OVERVIEW

• Be self directed, organized and able to plan and execute daily responsibilities without supervision.
• Must attain agreed upon goals.
• Re-Stock and maintain first aid kits.
• Make recommendations for stocking of new items.
• Keep accurate profiles of each account.
• Advise management of customer interests, needs, and/or problems.
• Complete all necessary paperwork and transfer orders at end of day.
• Re-stock service van as necessary and maintain agreed upon inventory levels.
• Ability to meet physical requirements of this position.
• Work independently in the field.
• Learn, understand and be able to communicate Federal and State first aid requirements.
• Up-sell and cross-sell additional cabinets and items.
• Probe for referrals and additional needs.
• Build excellent customer relations through professionalism, courtesy and positive attitude.

Job Requirements

• 2 yrs in customer service where daily goal setting was required
• Attain or exceed agreed upon goals.
• Secure physical location in residence to stock a limited amount of overstock inventory.
• Non-smoker**
• Maintain excellent customer relations through consistent trustworthy service.
• ROUTE SALES experience is also desirable but not required.
• Requires excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must have an excellent driving record.
