Assist Senior Account Executive in the day-to-day operations of local and national sales including but not limited to presentation preparation, posting, spot and make good coordination, data entry, management of ratings tracks and client entertainment. Work with the General Sales Manager and the other assistants on weekly and monthly ad sales projects including research, PowerPoint sales pieces, client trips and entertainment execution, & sales incentive coordination. Manage the sales research area including PowerPoint presentations, one-sheets, qualitative data and electronic sales materials. Assist in coordination of on-line sales activities. Interact with internal finance department as called upon. Work with General Manager and Director of Programming in creation of schedule materials, coordinating activities with external programming and advertising clients/partners. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.
Job Requirements
Bachelors degree in Communications/Journalism or like field preferred. Proficient in use of Microsoft products including Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Ability to manage multiple projects. Excellent personal and communication skills. Ability to work well with others. Occasional extended hours with evening and weekend client related events. Strong work ethic, positive attitude and leadership qualities with the ability to handle multiple tasks and set priorities a must Ability to work non-traditional hours, weekends & holidays Ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment
