RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales
- Assist in meeting sales plans and expectations by supervising the selling floor and managing the Accessory business
- Assist in meeting statistical quality selling expectations by acting as role model for customer interaction
- Lead the selling effort through scheduled and tracked Floor Supervision segments.
Personnel
- Assist in training product information, customer service
Merchandising
- Support merchandising effort by maintaining standards
- Emphasize focus on Accessories: Sized, Signed, Recovered, Detailed
Operations
- Stores $2.99 million and under:
o May hold keys if pre-qualifiers met
o May open store Monday â€" Thursday if hold keys
- Cover execs scheduled off or out of the store; support greater exec shift overlap and extended open hours
- Scheduled with at least one other associate
o May cover breaks if hold keys
- Stores $3.0 million and over:
o May not hold store keys
o May not open/close without an executive
- Responsible for executing company policy and procedures related to store operations
o May train cashiers
o May process high-risk register transactions
