Position Overview:
Bally Total Fitness is currently looking for motivated managers to drive our sales goals. If you have a passion for fitness, we can provide you with a great opportunity to take your career to the next level!
As a Sales Manager, you will:
- Be responsible for the profitability of our health clubs
- Oversee, develop and motivate inside sales staff
- Manage revenue streams for membership, retail, and personal training sales
Job Requirements
- Candidates must be at least 18 years or older to apply
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior sales management experience – fitness industry sales experience preferred
- Proven and effective sales track record
- Ability to generate revenue
- Interest in the fitness industry a must!
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service focus
- Results oriented with a commitment to team success
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
