Sales Representatives

CDS provides the next generation of business communication. We are seeking Healthcare Sales Representatives to make proactive calls to established business to business relationships.  Successful candidates are sales experts responsible for providing the role of trusted advisor and consultant while providing both strategic and tactical approaches for the growth and development of the business in the medical finance industry.  We support maintain, grow and develop accounts; each requires a different strategy. 

Specialist must have proven experience as well as a clear understanding of how to drive revenue and influence change on the first call.

The ideal candidate should have:

• Proven his/her ability to meet productivity and quality goals continuously.

• Hit monthly goals and quotas.

• Cold calling experience

• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills; ability to clearly communicate with other business professionals.

• Demonstrate investigative skills through effective fact finding questioning and proactive listening.

• Insight to perceive the customer’s needs.

• Sensible business acumen and a competitive nature.

• Ability to keep an optimistic attitude and motivate others to act; persuasive personality.

• Team player with good planning and problem solving skills; willing to go the extra mile.

• Must be self motivated and able to work independently toward the achievement of personal and team goals.

• Concise, persuasive and effective business correspondence and documentation

Job Requirements

Education and experience should include:

• 4 years college degree preferred

•  Work experience in sales environment preferred.
