Aerotek is currently hiring for an entry level sales and recruiting position. All Aerotek employees begin their career as a recruiter and based on their performance have the opportunity to be promoted to an Account Manager/Sales role. Sales Trainee/Recruiter Responsibilities Develop creative ways to identify qualified job seekers (candidates) Evaluate candidates' strengths compared to what our client companies are looking for Build relationships and manage contract employees while they are employed Assess and investigate any contractor related problems Administer performance counseling, coaching, and disciplinary measures as needed Work with Sales/Account Managers to identify top accounts within their territory Assist as needed with business development/client relationships Provide customer service, gain industry knowledge, and obtain referrals and sales leads Top producing recruiters have the opportunity to advance into account management/sales Account Management/Sales - In this role, you will perform outside sales by building relationships with clients and business partners in your territory. Plus you will be responsible for managing and mentoring recruiters on your team. Have a Bachelor's degree Sales internships are a plus!!
