SALES/CSR/COLLECTIONS AGENT L RA Corporation. This is a GREAT opportunity in a booming industry. You can make extra money a few hours a night from the comfort of your home. We have a steady flow of work coming from financial institutions where debtors have signed a contract to borrow money to pay for their insurance. The majority of the debtors are individuals with some commercial accounts. Our historical data tells us almost to the ½ of a percent how much the collection agent should be collecting from debtors. This enables us to predict with a reasonable certainty what a collection agent should be able to earn if they are persistent. Commissions average $12.00-15.00 per hour and sometimes can go even higher, based on a commission rate of 25%-30% of the net amount collected, by credit card, debit card, money order or check. All of this work is being done off of our website. The collection agent's responsibilities do not include the required sending of notification by statute nor do they include the processing of the payments. Duties are strictly phone work and the updating of the status of the debtors account to the website. In other words, these are your only duties: Make the call, process the payment, and upload the recorded authorization. This is easy money if you are consistently on top of the work. To obtain the best results and use of time, calling from 6-7-10pm is when most people are home. You must be Bi-lingual in English and Spanish with strong communication skills. You need not be a high pressure individual, this will not get any better results; a level of assertiveness applied in a softer manor will in most cases achieve the best collections. You need a computer with high speed DSL, preferably at least 300kbps (kilo bites per second) to operate the Magic-Jack with out any reduction in the voice recognition and we will supply you with a headset. When payments are made with credit or debit cards this function is done by the collection agent accessing the credit card processing company, logging in and doing the 2 minute transaction. This transaction is also recorded by the collection agent with software that has been downloaded to your computer. The only uploading function to the office is the recorded authorization of the credit card transaction. Several hours of training and you will be ready to make steady money. Commissions are paid weekly and in some cases can be electronically deposited into your account.
