Job Description

Classification: Temporary

Compensation: $12 to $15 per hour

• This person will service as an internal Customer Service Rep to join a Customer Support Team. They will be the main liaison between the organizations members and their insurance providers.

  • experience with salesforce.com is a MUST!
    • They will join a team of 3. All accounts are shared across the team.
    • Position is open due to a promotion.

    Job Requirements

    • Person will be responsible for all research related to insurance claims and benefits
    • Issue certificates of insurance
    • Experience with Worker's Comp and Non-Subscription insurance a major plus (must have one or the other).
    • Experience with ERISA is a huge plus (employee benefit claim or denial - it is a federal law which rules legally govern these kinds of claims).
    • 3-7 years of experience; bachelor's degree not required, but would be a plus
