Job Description
This position will develop strategy and lead the team to further extend Ecolab’s cleaning and sanitation product penetration in the small business customer segment by leveraging retail outlets and E-commerce as the primary channels to market. It is responsible for all product pipeline management, channel selection and procurement, and marketing strategies to ensure the continued and enhanced growth of Ecolab’s Small Business Solutions. It takes full P&L responsibility for the business and is a key contributing member of the Food Safety Specialties (FSS) /SBS senior management team. This position reports to the GM and VP, SBS & FSS
Main Responsibilities:
- Grow Base ProForce business with Sam’s Club
- Work with Sales, Marketing, and Sam’s Club teams to insure continued double digit growth of ProForce product line.
- Identify and execute on product opportunities for line expansion.
- Identify unique trial and awareness programs that drive continued awareness and acceptance of the ProForce brand available exclusively at Sam’s Club.
Integrate strategies with Sam’s Club Marketing and Membership Management to develop programs that drive overall commercial cleaning category at Sam’s Club.
- Manage strategic cross-vendor marketing alliances to maximize integrated customer solutions and cross promotional opportunities.
- Expand channels and product lines to target Small Business customers
- Establish and execute Direct To Business E-Commerce strategy inclusive of marketing and product selection.
- Identify alternate product lines, channels, and brands to accelerate growth and penetration of the small business targets.
- Business Development Functions
- Identify and pursue potential business or brand acquisition/alliance opportunities that support core business strategy.
Basic Qualifications:
- BA in Marketing or Business Administration, MBA
- Ten years of significant professional experience, including sales & marketing leadership and business management.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record (2 years).

- Proven professional demeanor and communication skills with all levels of the organization
- Excellent relationship building skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- 5+ years CPG brand building experience
- Experience working with Sam’s Club and Wal-Mart.
