Job Description
CareOne at Valley is a premiere health care facility, providing the very best in sub-acute, rehab and long term care available. We are seeking a schedule/staffing coordinator for our skilled nursing facility located in Bergen County, NJ.

The Staffing Coordinator for Nursing Services is responsible for the design and implementation of staffing patterns for professional and nonprofessional nursing personnel. Responsibilities to include all activities related to scheduling unit staff.
Job Duties:
- Primarily responsible for developing and maintaining staffing schedules for all Patient Care Units. Managing daily, clinical staffing issues throughout the patient care units.
- Working within team oriented environment to assure that all company needs are met
- Perform various administrative duties and needed
Job Requirements

Must have minimum High School Diploma

Must have prior experience in scheduling/staffing within long-term care, nursing home environment

The ability to: Multi-task, Listen, Document Information and use the Computer Proficiently

Must possess: Good Verbal Communication Skills and People Skills
