First and foremost the Director is responsible for the safety and wellbeing of our Phoenix Children’s Academy.  The Director will ensure the Phoenix Children’s Academy’s curriculum is implemented in each classroom.

·         Responsible for operating in accordance with company and state licensing standards. 

·         One on one meeting with parents to review activities and child’s progress

·         Promoting a qualified team of child care educators that portrays the Company’s Promise

·         Ensuring the day-to-day operations conforms to all safety and sanitary requirements as established in the policies and procedures of Phoenix Children’s Academy

·         Meeting all financial objectives as set forth by Corporate Management

·         Proactive role in marketing

·         Participate in corporate quarterly marketing events

Job Requirements

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

 

·         Fifth year college or university program certificate; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

·         MS Word and Outlook skills required

·         Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) are important for this role
