Come work within one of Cleveland’s leading online personal publishing and photography communities.  Kelly Services is partnered with PhotoWorks whose currently hiring Seasonal Customer Solutions Representative.  Agents will assist users with uploading, sharing and creating digital photos for the upcoming Holiday season.  

Call Center Agents resolve billing problems and provide technical website support via IM chat, email and inbound calls. Agents are responsible for meeting or exceeding department performance benchmarks. Candidates must be Internet savvy, user of digital cameras and customer service oriented. Have good written and verbal communication skills, and be detail oriented. This position is NOT entry level.

Required:

- High School diploma required, 2 or 4-year degree in business or related field preferred

- Minimum 3 years contact center operations experience

- Minimum 1 year experience troubleshooting or resolving technical issues for web-based applications

- Strong knowledge of computer operations, specifically the Windows-based operating system, with ability to navigate between screens and programs proficiently

- Fundamental understanding of the Internet and web-based applications

- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once

- Proven problem-solving/decision-making ability

- Excellent verbal, written and listening skills

- Flexible schedules based on contact center needs

- Self motivated, detail-oriented and organized.

- Typing proficiency: 40-60 wpm
