Over 50 years ago, in an industry that promoted heavy oils and wrinkle creams, Ernest Bridgeman, a cosmetic chemist became convinced that oil was not enough for the skin.  In his research, he found that lack of moisture was causing the loss of natural skin beauty.   He developed a process, “vita moisturizing", that would accept moisture, hold it on the surface of the skin and slowly release it.
